ABOUT
Bärg is a Helsinki-based consultancy helping Nordic startups and scaleups expand to Switzerland and DACH. Our founder Cara Fried has Finnish-German roots and is originally from Zug, Switzerland. She has built her career in startups and innovation ecosystems across Finland and the DACH region.
We don’t believe in long PowerPoint decks that collect dust. We roll up our sleeves, figure out what your business actually needs, and build from there.
Most of all, we know how to translate what makes a Finnish company great into something that resonates with DACH customers.
WHO WE ARE
Bärg was founded in 2025 by Cara Fried, a German-Finnish strategy and marketing professional born and raised in Switzerland. Fluent in German, Swiss-German, Finnish, English, French and Spanish, Cara brings professional experience in marketing, communications, and strategy across startups and B2B operations in the public and private sectors.
With strong networks in the DACH region and Nordics, she bridges both perspectives to deliver more efficient, locally informed market entry and hands-on execution.
