WHAT CLIENTS SAY
"What I appreciate most is how Cara works. She's proactive – she's usually a step ahead of me – and she adapts fast when things change and just gets on with it. Having one person own something this broad and do all of it well is rare, and it's made my life a ton easier!"

HOW WE WORK
We work the way
your team works
You know your product best. We adapt to your ways of working and fill in what's missing for the new market so your time is spent where it matters most.
-
Before starting any project, we like to have a short introductory call. This is a chance for both sides to get to know each other, understand your goals, and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
During this call, we’ll talk about your company, your product, and your ambitions in the DACH market. We’ll also share how we typically work, what kind of support we can provide, and answer any questions you may have. -
You’ve decided to work with Bärg for your DACH expansion — yay!
The first step is a kick-off meeting to officially start the project and gather all the relevant information for a successful and speedy launch.
We will ask a lot of questions to make sure we have everything we need to successfully take your product into a new market. This includes product details, sales process information, marketing materials, internal resources assigned to the project, goals, challenges, and any existing contacts or partners we can leverage.
In short, we want to understand how you currently work and how we best fit into that setup. This stage is also where we agree on how we’ll collaborate: communication channels, meeting frequency, ways of working, timelines, and key milestones. Feel free to share any onboarding materials or documentation in advance — we’ll do our homework, we promise. -
Based on the kick-off discussion and our original offer, we develop a more detailed project plan and timeline to ensure we stay on track. We review this together with you to confirm that everyone is aligned. At this stage we also double-check that we have access to all necessary information, tools, and systems needed for smooth collaboration.
Once that’s in place, we’re ready to go. Depending on your schedule, we aim to get fully started within a week of the kick-off meeting. -
Whether it’s market research, lead prospecting, organizing events, or a combination of these, our way of working is hands-on, target-focused, and proactive.
We stick to the plan but aren’t afraid to adapt or explore new opportunities if something promising comes up. We keep you informed while working independently enough not to add unnecessary workload on your side.
We operate within the freedom you give us and use it responsibly — pushing things forward proactively without overstepping boundaries. Our communication plan will typically include regular check-ins to review progress and iterate when needed.
And while some things take time, sometimes things move fast. When momentum builds, we make sure not to lose it. We go the extra mile for you when needed, even when schedules are tight.
